He\u2019s just said that he would much rather have Joe Biden as president than Trump,\u2019 Trump told the crowd in North Charleston. \u2018Now, that\u2019s a compliment. A lot of people said, \u2018oh, gee, that\u2019s too bad.\u2019 No, no, that\u2019s a good thing.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Putin also commented on Biden\u2019s mental state following the release of Special Counsel Robert Hur\u2019s report last week calling him a \u2018sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2018When I met with Biden in Switzerland \u2014 true, that was several years, three years ago \u2014 people were already saying he wasn\u2019t up to it.
