Former President Donald Trump blasted President Biden and his State of the Union address Thursday night, telling Fox News Digital that Biden clearly \u2018suffers from a terminal case of Trump derangement syndrome.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n
The former president and presumptive Republican nominee, in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, reacted to Biden\u2019s address.<\/p>\n
\u2018He was angry, mentally disturbed, and misrepresenting a lot of the facts concerning almost every subject he discussed,\u2019 Trump said.<\/p>\n
\u2018But he got through it. He is still breathing, and they didn\u2019t have to carry him out in a straight jacket,\u2019 Trump said. \u2018Other than that, I think he did a terrible job.\u2019<\/p>\n
Biden invoked Trump nearly a dozen times during his more than an hour-long address, never using his name, but instead referring to him as \u2018my predecessor,\u2019 on issues like abortion, immigration, Russia\u2019s war against Ukraine, and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2018He suffers from a terminal case of Trump derangement syndrome, which is only curable through impeachment,\u2019 Trump told Fox News Digital.\u00a0<\/p>\n
When asked why he felt Biden repeatedly brought him up, Trump said: \u2018Because I\u2019m beating him by 14 points in the polls.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2018He was very angry and that\u2019s also a symptom of a certain type of problem \u2014 senility,\u2019 Trump said. \u2018He shouldn\u2019t be at this age because he\u2019s a young man relative to others his age that are very successful.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n
Trump\u2019s comments come after he gave a play-by-play of Biden\u2019s State of the Union on his Truth Social Thursday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The former president and presumptive GOP nominee blasted Biden throughout the speech on everything from his repeated coughing spells, to the length of time \u2014 nearly 40 minutes \u2014 it took him to address the crisis at the southern border, to his \u2018shouting,\u2019 and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Trump\u2019s comments also come after he swept Super Tuesday primary contests, prompting his last-standing opponent in the GOP field, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, to suspend her campaign.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In a Truth Social post Thursday night following the speech, Trump blasted Biden as \u2018a threat to democracy.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n
