Former President Trump admitted he has UFO files ahead of Thursday\u2019s showdown with President Biden. But would he release them to the public?\u00a0<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the question fueling the \u2018#DisclosureDebate\u2019 social media campaign to urge the debate moderator to include UAPs (unidentified anomalous phenomena) in this week\u2019s showdown.<\/p>\n

\u2018The next president of the United States will make critical decisions about UAP (unidentified anomalous phenomena) disclosure and government transparency,\u2019 New Paradigm Institute Chief Counsel Daniel Sheehan said.<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s time for all presidential candidates \u2014 Joe Biden, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Donald Trump \u2014 to commit to UFOs\/UAP disclosure and transparency \u2026 Regardless of political affiliation, the time has come to inject UAP into the political discourse of our elections.\u2019<\/p>\n

Trump was a guest on Logan Paul\u2019s YouTube podcast, \u2018IMPAULSIVE,\u2019 last week, when they covered a wide range of topics.<\/p>\n

The Republican contender for Commander-in-Chief was asked if he was a believer, and if he had access to UFO-related files.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018I met with pilots [who looked] like beautiful Tom Cruise but taller \u2014 handsome, perfect people,\u2019 Trump told Paul. \u2018And I looked at these guys, and they really mean it.\u2019<\/p>\n

Paul asked, \u2018But don\u2019t you have access to that information?\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018I have access, and I speak to people about it, and I\u2019ve had actual meetings on it,\u2019 Trump responded, \u2018And they will tell you there\u2019s something going on\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2018People that are really smart, really solid said they believe there is something out there.\u2019<\/p>\n

The New Paradigm Institute, a nonprofit advocating for UFO transparency, started the social media push weeks ago, and tamped up its efforts as Thursday\u2019s face-off gets closer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sheehan said on X that they\u2019ve sent communications to over 100,000 people \u2018to contact not only the campaigns of the three major candidates, Biden, Trump and Bobby Kennedy,\u2019 but also the debate moderators.<\/p>\n

He referred to the debate as the \u2018perfect forum\u2019 to let the American public know where each candidate stands on the issue.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018So they\u2019re getting lots and lots of requests to ask this question,\u2019 he said. \u2018Our representatives need to know that their constituents demand an open and transparent government.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018They spend all this time telling us they don\u2019t exist, then release the files, dagnabbit.\u2019\u00a0<\/p>\n

The UFO topic has been an ongoing subject of interest in Congress, with a bipartisan effort, including new laws and under-oath hearings, where whistleblowers have come forward.<\/p>\n

David Grusch, a former U.S. intelligence officer and Air Force veteran, told lawmakers in a public hearing that the government \u2018absolutely\u2019 has alien technology and \u2018biologics\u2019 of \u2018non-human origins\u2019 and knows the exact locations where they\u2019re being held.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sen. Chuck Schumer proposed a bipartisan UFO disclosure bill, which was passed with the new budget, but the legislation still puts the power in the president\u2019s hands to classify or keep specific records sealed.<\/p>\n

Nothing has happened during Biden\u2019s term in office. There is currently a congressional bill on the table that would give federal agencies 270 days to release classified files on UFOs and dump them into one declassified pool of information.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The bill was sponsored by Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., who told Fox News Digital in a previous interview that UFO files, right now, are \u2018so compartmentalized that we\u2019ll never get to the bottom of it.\u2019<\/p>\n

He said nothing will happen until a president \u2018says enough is enough\u2019 and declassifies everything. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2018They spend all this time telling us they don\u2019t exist, then release the files, dagnabbit,\u2019 Burchett said. \u2018We just got to put this stuff out. Let\u2019s clear the air. And let\u2019s move on.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
