I have myself another opportunity to do better in the semis.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\">      She will face either Wimbledon champion Mark\u00e9ta Vondrou\u0161ov\u00e1 or American Madison Keys for a place in the final.    <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"subheader\">    World No .1<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\">      Iga \u015awi\u0105tek\u2019s early exit from the US Open means that, no matter what, Sabalenka will become the world No. 1 for the first time on Monday.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\">      Her rise to the top of the world rankings comes after a remarkable year in which she\u2019s won three titles, including her first grand slam at the Australian Open.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\">      She continued that dominant form against Zheng in the quarterfinals, blowing her opponent away in an opening set that lasted just 27 minutes.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph inline-placeholder\">      The break between sets allowed Zheng to regroup and she began growing into the match.
